Lil scheiße, Ursus Maritimus (Bear), kept up the pace with his large bros on their first venture to one of our stomping grounds, the Hollows in Cary, IL.
On only his third walk/hike since his arrival, Bear sported his new Neewa harness and lead on the tether like the big boys.
The Hollows gets the boys out into the wild, away from the streets, cars, urban noises that have freaked the innocent Bear out a bit. There is a plethora of dirt trails, tree ruts, logs to climb, slopes to climb and roll down.
He did come from a breeder on a farm in the pure country only less than a week ago so loud noises are not too familiar to him yet.
After over 4 miles of trekking on the trails today, we found that he is more and more like his older siblings, as he found his way into the small lake at the conservation district park. No water wings necessary.
What a big adventure for the lil shit and more to come with Team Asshole Huskies!
After getting back home, Bear and Theo take a resting snooze together. The brothers bond is growing.
